If you were three weeks though, you didn’t miss your period technically. But I could be wrong. But you could have also had a chemical pregnancy. I didn’t think you could get a positive at three weeks

I had two episodes of bleeding early on and it scared the mess out of me each time! One was when I was 7 weeks and the next 9 weeks. I am currently 32 weeks and 6 days. It's hard but try to stay calm and have it checked to see that everything is ok.

With my first daughter, I bled for a week straight at 5 weeks pregnant. With my 2nd daughter, I bled for 10 days at around 4 weeks pregnant. It happens. The only way to know is by getting a hCG quantification test at the doctor and then having it repeated a week later to see where your levels are.
