Stomach pains after you eat ?

So for the past week every time I eat (like a full meal) I go this pain in the middle of my stomach like it really hurts and gets super tight ? What is going on ???

Digestion is slowed down due to the hormones so eating smaller meals will be better for your tummy. I had a big bowl of soup last night and felt so full for hours afterwards. So uncomfortable

Most likely gas. I'm 6weeks now and have had gas since I found out I was pregnant and I feel stomach pains or cramps. then only realize its gas when I fart and my stomach goes down a little.  I found that eating to much at once cause this. So I eat small amounts every couple of hours to avoid it.

That always happens to me when I’m constipated. Try upping your fiber and fluid intake.
