Twins?

Question

I have had 2 days of a positive pregnancy test and Monday will mark the start of a missed period. Trying my best not to get too excited since it’s so early! 
Today I cracked an egg and 2 yolks came out... anyone believe in signs? Haha

One of the only friends I’ve told hit 2 birds while driving a couple days before I told her. Supposedly hitting a bird means you know someone is pregnant and she thinks since it was two I’m having twins. My HcG at 5 weeks exactly was over 5000 as well 😳

I was testing very dark on hpts very early. I just had a feeling it was twins. (And I’ve already carried and birthed 4 children and never felt like it was twins.) sure enough, I went for my first ultrasound on Friday at 6w2d and the dr. Showed me the baby and heartbeat and said everything looked good, but I need a repeat ultrasound in 10 days to make sure there isn’t another baby hiding in there because there’s 2 corpus luteums (which means I definitely released 2 eggs) but they only saw one baby. So, I’m waiting the 10 days eagerly to see if there’s another one in there or not.... but either way, at least I know there’s one healthy one in there.
