Do you and your S/O fall asleep on the phone?

Boyfriend and I Factime every night and wake eachother up if we can’t sleep (we both wake up sometimes from depression induced nightmares)  and was wondering if anyone else for this too?

We have a 13 hour time difference, but we sleep together when we can. :)

This isn’t an option for me, a) there is a 5hr time difference and b) my SO just isn’t really into doing things like that, we do have date nights twice a week tho
