Anyone else suspect their men may be experiencing postpartum depression? Apparently it’s a thing.

Hubby was supposed to give me the night off and he came and woke me up from the other room bc he just couldn’t handle it. It was just too angry and didn’t know why and felt he couldn’t control it and may take it out on the baby. He says he feels like a failure, like he failed me and his son.

This isn’t like him. Completely uncharacteristic.

He told me to come get him in a few hrs and we would switch again bc he really wants to help. I’m just going to leave him alone. Apparently he needs the rest more than me.

Anyone have any thoughts on paternal ppd?
