So little one is 5 months...23 weeks to be exact. And he’s completely stopped sleeping. He was sleeping through the night & now I’m lucky if he sleeps 30 minutes straight.

Here’s my issue

He of course sleeps in my bed if I pick him up. He’s banging his head against his crib and I feel like maybe his crib is just uncomfortable. I’m looking into getting that magic sleep sack I’ve seen some of y’all use. Does t actually work?? Also, what’s everyone’s opinion on bumpers? I just feel like he wakes himself up more by hurting himself.

It’s been 4 days and I have a 7 year old who’s just sitting around while I take little 30 minute naps throughout the day & I feel awful about it. I’m just so exhausted.
