My 18 month old daughter is in 6-9 months bottoms and 12 month tops. We got her some 18 month rompers, but they fall off of her!

She turns 18m next month. But has been wearing 18m for a few months now. But that's to be expected (dad's 6'5 and I'm 5'3). The 12-18m clothes started being to short

My girl is in 3t and even some 4t shirts if they were pre shrunk by her older sister from the dryer already. She is 99th percentile for height and weight like big sis too though so go figure. Last weight check was 34lbs.

Mostly 18-24 but sometimes larger depending on the brand. I tried a pair of shorts on her in Gap and even the 3-4 didn't fit, yet every other brand of shorts she's in 18-24.

I find it depends on the brand, i picked “mostly 18-24” but some stuff she wears is still 12-18 (not much tho) and also some 2T lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ so all over the map lol
