Just found out we are pregnant with our 2nd

We had our rainbow baby two years ago and decided to give him a sibling, we assumed it would take at least 6 months to conceive because that’s how long it took us both previous times, but we got pregnant immediately! Feeling a bit surprised but so excited, I knew I was pregnant about two weeks after conception. (extreme nausea) has anyone else felt symptoms so soon on their second? Also, I didn’t have any implantation bleeding this time.. is that normal? I am 5w1d (I know, it’s still so early) I didn’t have any sore breasts because I am still nursing my two year old. How do you wean a toddler?! I was so proud to be able to nurse that I never made him stop and now I’m scared! Thank you for any/all advice
