Could this be a sign of implantation?

I woke up and this is the first thing I see in my underwear. I wiped and everything looked normal. I had my girl 6 months ago and I'm not really ready. But I'll welcome the baby no matter what. Any thoughts? I'll buy a test later on today and test in the morning.
