Sensitivity to noises

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and started having se sensitivity to noises. When people are around me and are talking it makes me crying and my head feel weird. I know weird but I also have been experiencing where I feel like I am moving when I'm not. I wouldn't say that I'm dizzy hut my eyes can't concentrate I feel like I'm turning upside down. I've been thinking this is normal but not sure.
