I did temps and opks to time sex the best possible - took us 6 months - on the sixth month we did every second day from the end of my period till the day I got a positive opk - made sure we did both the day of the first positive opk and the next day.  I was also in the midst of testing for fertility issues (I’m over 35 so they step in earlier) - got my bfp 5 days before my infertility appointment - ended up turning it into my first prenatal appointment 😁
Baby dust to you - I definitely recommend temp and opk strips - my cycle changed every month by a few days here and there for ovulation so it helped me time properly

I got pregnant just having sex every other day, that worked for us when we just ignored the window. Ended up having sex day before and day after ovulation, according to the app. Good luck!!

You CAN get pregnant but there’s no guarantee that you will. The best days to have sex are the day before and day of ovulation. Are you testing with OPKs or just going based on the app, there’s a good chance that’s not your actual ovulation date. I recommend OPKs and then start taking your BBT to confirm ovulation. 
 Also there’s no need to hold your legs up, sperm gets where it needs to be in a matter of seconds, the semen is what comes back out and that’s the stuff that helps the little guys along and then it’s no longer needed. Good luck!

I’ve been doing positions where it’s really deep LOL and then laying with my legs up for about 10 minutes after having sex
