Pregnancy/ abortion dreams

So I’m not trying to get into the topic of abortion but here’s a dream I keep having.

I keep having a dream that me and my boyfriend get pregnant and I’m trying to decide if I want to keep it or not. Here is the most recent version of my dream.

Last night I had a dream that I was pregnant and my boyfriend and i were trying to decide to keep it or not and he was letting me decide bc it’s like my body and I got into an accident close to where he works and it was low key but I couldn’t get a hold of him and I was so scared that our baby was hurt and in that moment I decided I wanted to keep it and I just couldn’t call you and it was really upsetting to my soul.

I don’t know what this means but I’ve had dreams like this for the past week

Also I’m 19 my boyfriend and I are planning to get married, we have had a pregnancy scare before. He currently never wants to have kids although he did want them in the past and I currently don’t know if I want to have kids in the future.
