Placebo/Reminder pills??

I'm making my way through my first pack of birth control pills and just reached the last row of pills - the placebo ones. 
I'm paranoid. A Planned Parenthood article says I'm still protected from pregnancy this week. But I'm nervous! Do I need to use a condom?
