Vaginal tissue on tampon?

This is new to me. I've never used tampons until now. Chose tonstart using them since I'm just lightly flowing and or spotting. Well, have been about a month now since my IUD.

Since yesterday when I would remove at least one tampon, I've found there's a yellowish tinted lining of what I can only assume is from inside my vagina. It's the first I've seen of this. Normally on my pads I'd ever have mucus or clots.

Is this a cause for concern?
