Not getting a great latch even with shield
I feel like my nipple is too big and my baby’s mouth is too small😭 After first 36 hrs my nipples were destroyed bc of her shallow latch so the LC suggested i start using a shield. Doesn’t hurt as much now but i can’t get my daughter to open her mouth any wider than it is. Getting very frustrated
Also any tips on how i can get my nipples to heal faster???? Using lanolin and letting the milk dry on them
Really want breastfeeding to work out!!!
