Tonsil stones are ruining my relationship

Y’all I can’t even kiss my man his breath is nasty asf. He has tonsil stones and we can’t see them and anytime he tries to stick a q rip back there he gags. I can’t even kiss him because his breath is sooo smelly. No matter how many times he brushes his teeth he REAKS YALL. I need help! We need help! Does anyone know how else to get them out? Or to get this nasty smell out... I’m begging y’all I’m just so grossed out... obviously I’m not going to leave my man I love him a lot but like shit it’s just getting worse 😭
