Cravings yet?

Is anyone having cravings yet? Just pepperchinis  for me.

yes anything salty i.e. sunflower seeds, olives, pickles. I had to cut back because my blood pressure went up to 141/102

Yea... roasted vegetables, ESPECIALLY ROAST POTATOES!!!😁
And mango sorbet.
Had my first weird food aversion the other day too. I was eating some vegetable chips (crisps if you’re here in the UK) and I usually love the taste of them. But this time they tasted like the strongest marzipan you could imagine (there are no almond ingredients in them). The taste was revolting and so intense and the only thing I could do to get rid of the fouls taste in my mouth and throat was to puke and brush my teeth for ages and ages with a ton of toothpaste.
I hope I NEVER experience that again!!
