First time trying opks...
Can you tell me tips - everything I need to know ? Do I really have to take them at the same time every day ? Does using first morning urine give me increased accuracy ? It’s the evening and I want to try them but I’ve already had a full day of peeing and drinking liquids ect .. CD 10 for me right now. Opinions would be appreciated !!!
