It’s anatomically impossible to have a period if you’re pregnant. Periods are shedding of endometrial tissue at the absence of an attached embryo, by definition. That being said, it’s totally possible to have implantation bleeding but mistake it as your period. Implantation bleeding will not have clots or typically last as long as a regular period. It can persist throughout your pregnancy as well and still be completely normal and healthy. But to sum up my answer, you can’t have a period if you’re pregnant.

One of my friends from highschool had "periods" regular heavy bleeding every month. She didnt know she was pregnant till she went to the fair and was having severe pain so they air lifted her to the hospital and told her she was going into labor. Her baby came out very tiny and had to fight for his life but he is now a happy bouncing 3 year old.
