First,I have to start off with how cruel mother nature is on mothers day. This has been my 2nd mothers day where I was hoping to get to celebrate being a mommy,but alas another one bites the dust. But mother nature had to be extra cruel and I had to be on my period today. Also,there was a beautiful mothers day video and service at church today,and I kept telling myself I would make it through it ok,until the video started. I silently bawled my eyes out. Then they called all the mothers up,the one who have children still under 18,then those who have grown children and then grandmothers. My husband and I just stood there because we are the only ones from either side that attends a Pentecostal church. Several women who know my story came to pray over us,but it was still so hard to stand there all alone while nearly our whole church was up there praying together. I would have to say this was the hardest mothers day I've had to endure so far. Anybody else take mothers day hard?
