TTC with PCOS after miscarriage

Hey ladies, I have been with my bf for 5 years, had a miscarriage about 4 months ago and we are still trying to conceive, I've heard all the most random things like don't clean yourself for so many hrs after sex, raise your legs so let the sperm swim better, is there anything that actually does work?. I can't wait to get pregnant I want to be a mom so badly it literally hurts, I cry every time I see that one of my friends is prego, I'm extremely happy for them don't get me wrong but I also want to be a mom.
