My son woke up from deep sleep and just started throwing up everywhere. Im not sure but I think it might be food posioning or maybe the food just didnt settle well with his stomach? He doesn't have a fever either. We went out for chinese earlier today. (Its about 2 am now) and i fed him, but not too much, just some noodles, mac n cheese and some tangerines. He threw up everything he had in him. Hes dry heaved a couple time but it just looked like he threw up spit...im seriously worried and should i take him to the hospital? My husband works thirds and he drives our only vehicle.
