Anyone else always have aching uterus and lower back? I've been told it's growing pain but so uncomfortable

I'm 19 weeks. Been to antenatal assessment as achiness/cramping has been there majority of the time along with pressure. They checked me over and baby and had a cervical assessment. All seems fine but I can't help worrying xx
