Help ‼️


Im 19 i am 5’3 and i weigh around 150-156 i havent weigh myself recently but idk what to do anymore. I can’t loose the weight i gained while i was pregnant. I used to be 125 and thats the goal i want to reach. I’ve tried diets and exercise and idk what im doing wrong ??? Can you guys please help me. My weight been something really hard on me since nothing fits the same anymore. I used to wear size 5 on jeans and now im a size 8 im loosing hope ☹️
