Talk to her. Best thing you can do is have clear communication without blame, and just talk to each other. My wife and I have been together six years, married for two. At various points we've both had decreased sex drive due to meds, stress at work, feeling ill, loads of reasons. I also have a medical condition and the meds can make it hard to orgasm. But we have talked about it a lot and we have agreed that we make an effort for each other when there's a possibility of getting in the mood, like if I'm in a lot of pain I'll say and she doesn't try anything but if I'm just not feeling horny we might just kiss and cuddle and see where it leads. If nothing happens, that's ok. Or I might get her off but say I don't want her to return the favour. Or I'll hold her and kiss her while she gets herself off. We also use toys sometimes if I'm struggling to reach orgasm as that can help. There's lots of options, which is why talking is so important.
