While I totally get recognizing the women in our lives my husband purchased a happy grandmothers day card for his mother. Am I the only one who thinks that’s weird? His mom is his mother, he should be buying her a mom card. Save the grandmother card for grandparents day.

I guess it just feels like he’s feeding into the weird thing his mom has about our daughter.... like sometimes she’ll say she’s “mom” and not “grandma”
