Champix?

Question

So I’ve just been prescribed champix.. so so so want to stop smoking now. Has anyone taken champix? I’ve tried cold turkey & I had nicotine patches before and just couldn’t cope with the lack of sleep and bizarre dreams. I hope this is it 😣

My aunt was on it, and she started having difficulty controlling her anger. She would get incredibly angry at my uncle for seemingly nothing. She had to stop taking it.

My friends boyfriend had bad side effects from it 
Cause aggressive behaviour and outburst 
He couldn’t control his anger at allllll
But that’s all I heard about 🤷🏻‍♀️

The way I quit was allowing myself to smoke when I drank alcohol
A lot of people said “well then you’re not really quitting” but the cravings were so intense whenever I drank, I always gave up and would start smoking again because I felt like I failed  
Finally I allowed myself to have one or two only if I was drinking (which I don’t drink often) 
And now I can have a couple drinks without even wanting a smoke!
