HELP!!

So I keep getting BV but I have NO sexual partner!!!

I got treated for it before and it went away..

Had my period and when it was done the white discharge came back w a mild smell. Everytime I take the pills for BV i have only liquid discharge w no smell so I’m assuming that’s suppose to be how it should come out but now its back smelling a little bit. I AM SO CONFUSED
