I got sharp cramps & sore boobs at 6DPO but no symptoms since. I’m now at the end of day 8/9 DPO and got these tests this morning. I swear I see the babiest of pink lines... thoughts???

I am 10 dpo, had light spotting yesterday and super dizzy w/ cramps that keep switching sides.
Trying not to test and not to get my hopes up too high.
