I hit 20 weeks on Saturday and haven’t felt any movement. It’s my first and was told to expect to wait until later to really feel anything. Well, last night, I started feeling something strange low in my abdomen. I almost thought it was a muscle spasm but it was so light and more internal. It last about 20 minutes. I felt the same thing today while working at my desk. I sneezed and the movement was really rapid. Could this be the baby moving? We had our anatomy scan last week and the tech said she was very active.
