Am I dying?

I’m 15 and I’m on the depo shot and I’m supposed to get it in a few days but I’m bleeding and it’s pink and my mom isn’t texting me back. It’s like someone got murdered in my pants! I’m cramping and I’ve never before felt such pain! Is there something deadly happening? Please help.

I’m the same age as you and was on depo. It made my cycle crazy! It seems like your period is coming early. It’ll take your body about 3 months to adjust to all the hormones. I eventually switched to the pill due to really bad mood swings, depression, and I was bleeding for a month straight! If it hurts then take advil, use a heating pad or a hot water bottle, and chamomile tea works wonders for me!

Your supposed to get what? Your period in a few days? It sounds like it’s come early. What’s different about it? Is this your first cycle on depo? Hormonal birth control changes your cycle.
