Hormonal shift when milk comes in??

Yesterday (day 5) I was an abbbbbsolute psychopath crying ALL day long about any and everything!!! My milk also finally shifted and no longer colostrum. Coincidence or is that a thing? Feel much more “sane” today 🤪

Funny you say this because my milk came in 2 days pp and that night I had the worst nightmares. I definitely think it was related to that because I haven’t had any nightmares since and my milk came in 1-2 hours after I had those nightmares.
