bleeding and peeing after sex

hi i had sex two days ago and i realized that i am bleeding today. i did have some pain after he had fingered me because apparently i wasn’t wet, is the blood possibly from no lube? maybe it is irritated? it didn’t hurt when he was fingering me until he took his fingers out
