Afraid of college

I am a junior in high school and I have no idea what I want to do. On one hand I want to go into the medical field but on the other hand if I just want to do it for money, that makes me a bit of a sellout by my own standards. I have a million things i want to do; botany, PA, medical examiner, coroner, psychologist, therapist, business and management, elementary music, music therapy, and like a billion other professions. I’m so lost and I don’t know what classes to take
