When is the best time to buy a maternity swimsuit?

I have a 15 month old that my husband and I take to swim class once a week but I haven't been able to get in the pool since I outgrew my non maternity swimsuit. I am 12 weeks now and I don't want to buy one and not be able to fit into at the end of the summer. Argh!!!!

When I was last pregnant I just got a low rise normal bikini bottom that I could have below my belly, and a loose tankini top, both non maternity.   Very similar to this one at target described as a “flyaway” tankini, basically the top is split down the middle so it just opens up if belly is in the way. I didn’t want to be totally exposed but I don’t like one piece swimsuits because it’s hard to go to the bathroom!  😂

Well I haven’t worn a swimsuit in almost 7 years sooooo.. idk lol!

They are super stretchy.  I had my first at the end of June and I fit into my suit no problem.
