Vaginal pain & pressure
I’m 27 weeks and 4 days with fraternal twins. The last few days the vaginal pressure has been extreme! It literally feels like my insides are falling out. Comparable to bad hemorrhoids but from the vagina. Is this normal with twins or should I be concerned. Reclining or laying down helps but sitting up at my desk is almost unbearable.
