I got my implant in in 2017 and for the from the first month, I would bleed so much during my period and it would be weeks at a time. So in 2018 my gyn put me on birth control pills along with the implant to regulate my period. (She said it was unnecessary to remove the implant and I was scared to anyways) So..for 2 years I had been using both. I got my nexplanon removed in January of this year and I have not stopped bleeding, it's been over 3 months!!! I haven't stopped the pills but they don't seem to be helping. Has anyone else experienced this??? I'm waiting to hear back from my gyn at the moment.
