Measuring ahead mean coming early or big baby?

For moms who’ve been here done this.. if your baby was measuring ahead at scans did they come early, or were they on time? Big baby or average?

As you progress it will change ! I wouldn’t worry as you approach 38 weeks you will have a better idea of what is going on

My baby “measured” big for my entire third trimester. They kept saying she would be 9-10 lbs. I was induced at 38 weeks due to pregnancy induced hypertension and they did an ultrasound a couple days before and she “measured” over 9lbs. She was born at 8lbs and 21 inches long then dropped a pound and a half prior to leaving the hospital. Ultrasounds can swing 2lbs either way. Best of luck!!

Was 2 weeks early each time. Came 4 weeks early due to high blood pressure.
