So I just started birth control last week. And I’m on the second week today. The problem is when I first had sex my period got really messed up ever since and I’ve my period or spotting almost everyday since and it wouldn’t stop or it’ll continue and so I never knew when my period ended or started because it always continued. My spotting was sometimes light brown with some redness and sometimes pink and sometimes is would be dark brown everyday and when I would shower and check the consistency it was very thin and felt like just blood and not period blood.

So my question is when i take birth control and I’m on the week where the pill will start my period and when I finish it will my period start to become normal and only be for the week? Because rn I’m taking it and it isn’t regulating it rn... I NEED HELP
