Needing advice Long post sorry!!!

I’ve been off depo and expired for 20 months

My gyno said come back after 18 months and she would see what she could do for me because I have been bleeding twice a month since August untill recently my period has almost disappeared again. Plus I have not ovulated at all to my knowledge.

She adviced my husband get checked and he did that test was normal.

She did blood work and confirmed I wasn’t pregnant which I knew and tested my progesterone level....a week later they call with the results and say my progesterone was low and she has no explanation for it and there is nothing they can do untill I have a normal cycle.

Has anyone else had anything like this?

I want to get a second opinion but don’t wanna waist more time and money!
