What is this??? Boil or zit? Or something else?

It’s on my inner thigh. It’s purple in color. It’s very large and puffy. I just noticed it and have never had something so big. I have lots of acne but never purple in color. Pictures aren’t great but best I could do.

i get those, its a pimple but they can become boils. they poke out like that coz theres a lot of excess skin. its lile compulsive to squeeze them but you really shouldnt, they last longer that way.

I have really bad acne on my face and I get these sometimes they are blood blisters try getting a small needle disinfect the needle and poke a little whole in it blood will come flowing out it may hurt a bit but it feels better when it's drained

Possibly an ingrown hair. It looks like it’s irritated maybe from friction. I get bumps on my thighs in the summer when I wear shorts and my thighs rub. If they get really bad I let them resolve naturally and put antibiotic cream on them to keep an infection away.
