Marginal previa

So, I'm 21+6, and Sunday night I started bleeding. I went to the hospital, and it turns out I have marginal previa. Thankfully, the bleeding stopped and I've been cleared to both leave today and I'm okay to fly to the US next Thursday as long as I take it easy and take extra precautions while traveling.

Have any of you had this? Any dos or donts I should be aware of?

I was told: no exercising or sex for 2 weeks, walking and stairs are okay as long as I don't over do it.
