IBS sufferers! Does oatmeal cause you trouble?

I had oatmeal yesterday for the first time in awhile, and now I’m dealing with a bad flare up with diarrhea. Anyone else get this because of oatmeal?

Im ok with it, the gluten might affect you though

Some oatmeal’s have gluten, and gluten and dairy are most people’s main trigger foods with IBS. Try removing these and you should see improvement.

I have ulcerative colitis, but I’m fine with oatmeal. I eat it every morning.

Not me.. but it sounds like it could be a trigger for you.
Did you add any dairy to it, though..?
