11 week ultrasound... Concerns

I'm a FTM & I'm hoping to get advice from Moms with more than little one. I'm at increased risk for a baby with spina bifida and this photo has me a little stressed. Anyone have a similar ultrasound? To me it looks like there's no closure at the base of the spine...
