I’m 36 weeks today and for the last two days I’ve been having *contractions*?

This is my third child. But, I never got to experience labor with them (they were c sections) my second child also came at 36 weeks. Anyways, I’ve dilated to a 2 the past 2 days since these pains have started. I ended up going to the hospital yesterday and they said right now they’re calling them Braxton Hicks because they’re anywhere from 2-4 minutes apart. But, as the night has gone on they’ve only gotten worse. They are telling me to count contractions but the pain is mostly in my back (breath taking pain) so I can’t even concentrate on what’s going on with my stomach. I just know it hurts. I’m a repeat c section (my 3rd one) and my body is tired. I haven’t been able to eat in 2 days and on top of this consistent pain I’m weak. I have a history of hemorrhaging and I’m starting to feel as if my body is going to be too weak to go through with another because of the issues.
