How far along am I in months?

I’m 18 weeks and 4 days, how many months would that be? Some say 4 some say 5 and it confuses the heck out of me 😳

You’re in your fifth month you’ll be officially five months at 20 weeks, But if anyone asks, you can say I’m in my fifth month. At least that’s what I go by because it’s easier to tell people months than weeks lol.
