Need Advice

Hey all, here’s an update of my chart. I have PCOS and am on my first cycle of 2.5 mg Femara that I took CD2-6. If supposed to ideally ovulate midcycle, these numbers are crushing. So low? Is there any of you who have numbers that fluctuate this much and then hit a peak out of nowhere. I want to have sustaining faith but I need a few words of encouragement. Im also a realist and realize I could be on such a low dose that this isn’t looking good...
