1yr old sound machine
How do I get my 1 yr old used to sleeping without the sound machine he wakes up to the slightest noises and it doesn’t help that the people who live with me aren’t the quietest. I stopped using the sound machine but now he wakes up constantly. I will open the door to check on him in his sleep and then he wakes up.
