I need advice

I started to talk to this guy who I now rly like! He does not have HSV; I wouldn’t mind telling him EXCEPT for the fact that we have mutual friends and it makes me more reluctant to tell him BC I don’t want him to tell anyone who knows me. We’ve been talking about a month. I also asked him what he thought about the Coachella herpes thing and his answered basically confirmed to me he wouldn’t be with someone who had it. Y’all think I should cut him off or what? Like I said we have mutual friends I don’t want me business out there or risk having my business out there 🙁😞☹️ help I don’t know what to do
