I’m doing some <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a> with the VA and they gave me clomid, didn’t respond so now I’m moving to Letrozole. This month was my first month with it, noticed I had some lower abdominal (ovary) pain on CD 12 with the most “positive” OPK I’ve ever had. Following that pain my cervix has been ridiculously tender and every time we bd, I am spotting.

Did anyone receive Letrozole without a trigger and without ultrasounds being done? The CA said they “don’t do that part, just give me the pills”. They do lab work on CD21 to check progesterone, that’s it. I’m struggling with if it’s working because there isn’t enough information for me to really work with on their end, no follicle checks, nothing. Trying to see if anyone has done this the same way.
